Eligibility for Refund

- The refund request is submitted within 7 business days from the date of purchase.
- The digital coupon or voucher has not been used, redeemed, or activated.
- The request is submitted through our Contact Us page or by email, including the order ID for verification.
Non-Eligible Refund Scenarios
- More than 7 business days have passed since the purchase date.
- The coupon or voucher has already been used, redeemed, or partially used.
- The refund request is based on dissatisfaction without a clear or valid issue related to delivery or functionality.
Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
- We are not responsible for delays, currency conversion differences, or fees imposed by banks or third-party payment providers.
